The Irish American Post Has Won Honorable Mention

The Irish American Post, has won an honorable mention in the 2020 National Federation of Press Women at-large communications contest in the Personality Profile and Feature Story category. Executive Editor Martin Hintz's profile of author/jour-nalist John Patrick Keefe in the Spring 2019 was called “fascinating” by the judges. It focused on Keefe's research and challenges involving his New York Times best-selling book "Say Nothing," about a murder during the Northern Ireland troubles and his years-long difficulties in getting anyone to talk about it.
